Cats and Kittens
Welcome, to Take My Paw and Friends Rescue
Looking for a Cat or Kitten?
We know you are looking for the perfect cat for your family, and we want you to find the cat that fits your wants and your life. We do our best to accurately describe each cat's unique story and personality, so you can make the most informed selection. Please keep a few things in mind.
1. A new pet needs time to decompress and should be provided with a quiet place to do so. At first, they may hide, or even hiss. Please remember they don't know you, the home, or the smells. They just need your patience and understanding as they acclimate.
2. Interactions with small children and other pets should be supervised.
3. If, for some reason, the cat or kitten does not fit into your home, we will take them back. We want what's best for you and them.

Adoption Requirements
To ensure the cats and kittens get the very best care they deserve, we set up guidelines (like most rescues) to ensure they will not end up abandoned or put in harm's way again. Below are some of the adoption requirements.
Must be 18 or over to adopt
The cat must be kept indoors unless on a leash or in a contained catio. This is for the safety and health of the cat and wildlife.
Yearly veterinary care must be provided to the cat.
If you rent or live with family, you should ensure you have permission to bring a cat into the home.
